Four Pillar Press

Four Pillar Press has three speeds of no-load fast, slow exploratory, and workpiece drawing. It has the advantages of high efficiency, low cost, easy operation, smoothly and safe working, etc. It is widely used for the pressing, forming, bending, flanging, and revising of metals. Size of work table and tonnage of hydraulic cylinder can be ordered by the customer’s requirements.

Mini-type Press

Mini-type press is composed of frame, four pillar, oil cylinder, hydraulic station, oil tank and so on, mainly used for the processing of end covers and barrels of solar water heater. It is small-volume, low cost, easy to operate, high safety factor. The tonnage is 10-100 tons, power is 7.5KW, can process thickness of 0.2-1.2mm plate, the dimension of machine is 2*1.1*1.7m.

Special press for end covers

This machine is suitable for the cold and hot pressing and forming of end covers for kinds of vessels. It can be used for the pressing, folding, leveling of kinds of steel plates. Adopting cartridge valve integrated system; it is reliable with long service life and small hydraulic pressing. Thus it reduces the connecting line and leakage. Through controlling of centralized buttons and choosing operation panel, the working pressure and stroke are adjustable at the prescribed range according to artwork requirements.
