 Three-roller Symmetric Plate Rolling Machine

 This rolling machine is in three-roller with symmetric type. The up roller is in the up centre of two bottom rollers and moves to lift vertically. Through screw and the worm driving, the two bottom rollers will move rotationally. Through reducer, the output gear will mesh together with gear of bottom rollers and provide the torque to roll the plates. The machine is easy to maintain with tight structure. Together with the working of other equipments, it will finish the pre-bending.

Double-roll Bending Machine

 Double roll bending machine is mainly for rolling cylindrical work piece. It has advantages of one time forming, no straight edge, high precision and efficiency, one-touch control, Hydraulic press, safe operation, good beauty. The effective working length is 2500mm, the power is 7.5KW, can process thickness of 0.2-6mm plate, the dimension of machine is 3.5*1.2*1.7M.

 Three-roll Bending Machine

 By mechanical drive, the three-roll bending machine adopts steel welded frame, vibration aging treatment. The rollers are heat treatment and have high precision. The up roller can be separable reclaimed and electric lifting. We can add the wheels to process kinds of structures according to buyer’s requirements. It is easy to operate with high efficiency. The effective working length is 2500mm and the power is 2.2KW, can process thickness of 0.2-4mm, the dimension of machine is 3.5*1*1.1M.
