CNC turret punch is mainly used for the production of holes punching and stretch forming, which can finish all the holes at one time with fast speed and high precision, especially for the punching of the multi-types medium& low volume or single plates. The length of working table is 3000mm, 4-40 stations, dimension is 4.5m*3m*2m.

CNC turret punch (Special)   LNC02

CNC turret punch (Special) is mainly produced by customer’s requirements and used for the production of holes punching and stretch forming of plates in some special industries. We can produce kinds of specific moulds and design the turret accordingly. The turret can be in sector or in disc-shaped. It can be run in fast speed and high precision. There is no limit of length of working table, 4-16 stations, dimension can be custom-made.

Double-headed CNC punch   LNC03

Double-headed CNC punch is mainly used for the holes punching of solar water heater, finishing holes punching and flanging for inner at one time, can punch for outer in one head and punch for inner in another head. It has the advantage of good quality of holes, fast speed, easy operation,less harm to workers when punching, etc. The length of working table is 2500mm, specification is in25T, and dimension of machine is 3.5*2*1.8m.

CNC punch (one feeder, two single-head punches) LNC04

This punch is mainly composed of one feeder and two single-head punches, which can be used for the holes punching of inner and outer in solar water heater. It has advantages of high precision and efficiency, less harm to labors, finishing holes punching and flanging at one time. It also can be used for outer holes punching. The length of working table is 2500mm, specification is in16T, and dimension of machine is 3.5*2*1.8M.
