Gantry Circle Shear   LCS01

Gantry circle shear adopting advanced compaction technique can cut inner and outer circles of plates and the stamping center hole is no need. The shape is uniform and curve is smooth after finishing the circular shearing. This machine can be used widely on producing accessories of filter, pressure vessel, stove and so on. It has advantages of wide range of application, high efficiency, no limit on sizes of circle, auto adjustment, can cut thickness of 0.1-4mm plates. The effective length is 2M and the dimension of machine is 3*1*1.7M.

With reasonable structure and novel design, the auto circle shear can reach any cutting on the whole sheet. With advantages of no burr, fast speed, good quality, high stock utilization, it can process end cover of diameter 250-600mm.The power is 1.5KW, can cut thickness of 0.1-1.2mm plate, the dimension of machine is 0.8*1*1.4M.
